This document explains the various BCF resources. It covers the most frequently asked questions and shows you where to find additional help. If you have a networking/computer question, please consult this document first and the additional information suggested before calling on the support team. If you can't find the answers to a problem, or it is taking too much time to solve, talk to either Jeremy Mann (Room 420-D #3, 567-2672) or Borries Demeler (Room 420-D #2, 567-6592).

The BCF has several server-type computers available for use by faculty, staff and students in order to cover various computing needs:
